How easy is the installation of R.E.L.Alert ?
VERY EASY ! The normal installation time for anyone that can use a cordless drill or screwdriver is approximately 5 minutes. Installation instructions are included in your shipment. The remote control utilized to operate your system has a 12V battery, test it monthly along with your light to make sure your system will work when you need it to.
Does R.E.L.Alert guarantee that an ambulance will find me? NO, the Rapid Emergency Locator system acts as a powerful "guiding light" for emergency personnel; however, circumstances beyond our control can contribute to the timely or untimely manner in which they are able to respond. The Rapid Emergency Locator system adds an obvious indicator that you are in need of emergency services, they have to be able to locate your street before R.E.L.Alert can guide them to your exact location.
Will the Rapid Emergency Locator system work if I have no electricity ? NO, the control unit must have power to operate, no lights powered by electricity will operate if the power is out in your area.
